"Excellent place to stay and the staff are welcoming, friendly and really helpful. Ganesh on reception and David in Lot 51 were the stand out staff and couldn't do enough to make our stay better. Location is perfect for access to the trains and a very short walk to Darling harbour. So good we stayed there on our return trip to Sydney."

"Budget style rooms and budget experience for a non-budget price. Very average hotel. Good location but not nice overall. Lots of noise outside the rooms, every time someone gets out of the lift, opens their room door or talks, it is disturbing. The room was quite smelly and actually overall quite unpleasant. Bad odour and average cleanliness plus it is tiny. An old plastic kettle in a cupboard and a tiny old fridge which overheats under the deak, no drinking water or amenities and the most basic freeze dried instant coffee. The all in one body wash, shampoo and face wash stings the eyes and could not be good for ones skin. Early onset of mold in the bathrooms and not even enough room to turn around in the shower. Even a small person would hit their arms on the walls/door washing themselves. Basic room - basic room service. Room keys and doors require multiple swipes and are not as easy or accessible as they should be. Staff did their best I'm sure, but were not welcoming to members and were way understaffed as the poor gentleman had to check in multiple people in the hotel while trying to serve food and drinks at the same time, leaving many paying customers to wait for extended periods of time, unnecessarily. I understand it's not a 5 star hotel and it is I guess, considered to be budget, but for the price - I have stayed at much nicer ones nearby and recently and have a completely different experience altogether. I hate leaving bad reviews, I really wish this wasn't the case. If it was half the price it wouldn't be so bad. Unfortunately, not recommended."

"This is a great place to stay. The room was very modern, well equipped, and clean. All of the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The location is fantastic being so close to Darling Harbour, central quay, all of the iconic sights, and the CBT District. Considering the above and being in the centre of Sydney this hotel is fantastic value and we cannot wait to go back."

"If you need to be in Barangaroo then you can't beat the location. Rooms are small, but smart use of the space. I like that there is a desk and you can actually do some work. Shower is small and if you are a big person, you would struggle with the space. Beds are comfortable but rooms could be a bit better maintained. (Sink seemed a bit blocked and drained really slowly) Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful, I commend the staff!"
