Reviews
"A great shop. Well worth visiting. Books mostly $1.00, freebies on shelves outside, lots more inside, warm jackets to buy at great prices. Very friendly and lovely volunteers."
"When I came here both my friend and I were accused of stealing while looking at jumpers, then the old lady was extremely rude, do not recommend. About 70 with short hair"
"I came into the shop today around 9:10am, (advertised opening time online and store window is 9am) only to be very condescendingly denied service by a staff member. Maybe change your opening hours if staff can not adequately set up by your own advertised opening times? Very disappointing experience. :/"
"I've given you 2 stars because I like this shop and still intend to visit. The staff and the prices are hit and miss depending on who is serving. Some of the staff are really nice while others, such as the older female who served me today are arrogant and rude. I wasn't rude to you but I wasn't happy on principle to pay the price for an item that I knew was almost the same price that it costs to buy from the supermarket (where the same item is sold). The huffiness, the insulting offer to reduce the price by a few cents followed by totally ignoring me did not go down well. It's not how you treat customers. I will not shop there when you are serving nor will I won't donate my goods. I can see by other comments that I'm not the only person this has rudeness has happened to in this store. I find the variations in customer service and pricing at the whim of the person serving makes me hesitant to come into this store though."
"I love op shopping but never have I had a woman so rude to me. All I did was politely ask a question, she was so condecending and rude. Lady was around 70 with short white hair. Not only have they lost potential sales but a huge amount of quality items I was going to donate. I work in an op shop & would never treat a customer as she did me. She needs to be put out to pasture, obviously a very unhappy person."
