"Brilliant service. Had what I needed, for a reasonable price."
"Store would not honour online price, said that price which was $50 cheaper than the price in store for the same item was for click and collect only and if I wanted to do that I’d have to pick it up next week despite me being in the store and the product being available in store. This makes no sense after I had travelled to Romsey specifically to purchase this product and support a smaller business. Ended up spending my money at Bunnings instead. There would have been no difference to the sale price if they had honoured the online price at the store rather than making me do click and collect and inconveniencing the customer by then making me wait until next week for no reason."
"On 3 separate occasions I have been served by a perplexed male staff member. He would rather sell me an expensive replacement of an item than the part required , despite knowledge of what I needed. On the last occasion I went to another shop who served me respectfully , demonstrated the very simple technique required in 5 minutes. The only explanation for the Romsey store experience is laziness."
