In order to maintain the quality of our services and accommodate as many clients as possible, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we sympathize with such situations. However, to cover the costs associated with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have implemented a $50 late cancellation fee, payable at your next appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice on more than two occasions, we will require a deposit before re-booking your appointment. This deposit will not be refunded if you continue to provide inadequate notice for cancellations. Additionally, if you fail to show up for two appointments without any notice, we will not be able to re-book you in the future.
Please note that due to recent changes in reforms by the medical board AHPRA, we are no longer able to advertise our prices.
