"If I would get 0 star I would give it to this department. They don't care about pregnant mums or little babies crying for hours. 6 hours waiting. Why they call it EMERGENCY then? I was there in waiting room with 23 weeks pregnancy, compliant about chicken pox. They let me wait in area for 2.5 hours to spread infection to sick people. No sense. I end up walk out."
"The medical staff at Casey Hospital quite simply saved my husband's life. He presented at Emergency & a short time later suffered a cardiac arrest. He spent 6 days in an induced coma in the ICU. All throughout he was given the best medical care & was treated with dignity. As was I & my family. Every question was answered clearly. Every nurse, doctor & member of staff was caring and considerate. I phoned every morning for an update & it was provided quickly. Not at any time did I feel we didn't count. I cannot speak highly enough for what the wonderful people at Casey Hospital did for my family. And the continued support & care through Hospital In The Home is of just as high a standard."
