"Phoned up and selected the call back option. Was called back only to be laughed at when I was referred to call by another centre regarding an earlier appointment for an MRI. Literally laughed at. i've never been more uncomfortable when trying to book an appointment. I was also then referred to another I-MED location and told they bulk-bill for specialist referrals. They do not. It's a $500 out of pocket fee... Overall a terrible experience, especially considering theres enough health stress when needing scans. I truly wish I knew the name of the lady on the phone as she has just the most terrible phone manners and it does not provide confidence in the professionalism of this centre."
