"Really easy process! A quick phone call to book a telehealth online consultation where they recommend what vaccinations for your trip. The clinic then called me 15 minutes after the telehealth to book in for my preferred date. Attended the clinic for the vaccinations and was in and out in 20 minutes. The nurse was friendly and followed up with me a few days later via phone to recommend another medication required for my trip she had just thought of. Really easy process! It costs out of pocket but worth it for the service you get."

"Made an appointment one month in advance. Clinic did not contact to confirm appointment which I thought was strange and when I rang them to confirm they had lost my number. When I arrived at the clinic I was told that the travel doctor wasn't there and doesn't even work on that day. I called the phone number and found out they wanted me at the Southbank clinic! This was the first I had heard about this as I had scheduled my appointment at the Frankston clinic. Massive waste of time, avoid!"
"Really disappointing service. Staff are completely incompetent. Gave us incorrect and differing information every time we called. Said they'd call back and never did. Then on the day lost our appointment. Finally when we had the shots the nurse that did the second lot of shots could not answer any of our questions, none at all, left us questioning if she was even a nurse. Made mistakes all over the documents including spelling our sons name incorrectly and incorrectly calculating when he was due for his next shots. At billing time they seemed to have no idea what they were doing, the front desk guy was clueless and the nurse helping didn't know anything more. They are also insanely expensive. All in all I'd stay away in future and find somewhere else to go."
