"I have been attending this Clinic for 25yrs now. My personal experience during this time, has been anything but boring, despite the grueling 3 hour waiting times. I honestly believe that the most action, and best humour I have ever witnessed in my whole entire life, has all come from this clinic. But when your treated by such professional doctors and staff like Dr.Andrew Taylor, it suddenly all becomes worth it."
"Absolutely lovely receptionists at this clinic, they will go the extra mile to help u out. Absolutely lovely people to deal with on the phone and in person. The DRs are just obliging, nice and will work with u to get u your scripts. Very happy indeed. Used to see the many years ago and have been there for a few yrs now. I Recommend this clinic and say they are an excellent bulk billing clinic. 10/10."

"My low rating does not reflect the quality of care the doctors provide. It is because I find that no matter when you ring there is a certain staff member who is extremely rude & treats you like you are asking for the impossible when trying to simply get an appointment. When you do get an appointment you are expected to wait over 2 hours sometimes 3 in the waiting room EVERYTIME you visit. This isn't a one-off. Apparently they have a shortage of doctors but why book so many appointments then? This leads to a waiting room full of upset people. Unfortunately there are no other prescribing doctors taking patients in the area otherwise I would have moved."
"Absolutely riddled with Junkies , arrived and there's someone literally scratching his arms and legs, bleeding in the wait room. One of the most disgusting things I've ever witnessed. The staff just act like its no big deal. If any doctors are in need of security. It's this one. Pretty sure it's a needle exchange/methadone clinic. Worst of the worst. Also had to wait an hour after my appointment time to see someone."
