"I feel very mixed about this place. My first consultation and laser session was incredible. The girl was so thorough with my laser treatment, checking in with how I’m going and making me feel really comfortable. The results after the first treatment was so good and I was really looking forward to my second session. However, this Saturday I went for my second appointment and it was AWFUL. The girl showed me into the room and then just walk out slamming the door behind her. I took that as my cue to get undressed and ready. When she came back in she turned the machine on and started the laser, wearing no gloves. I found this a bit unhygienic. She then rushed over all of the areas, not even going over my bikini area at all. Before I could ask if she could go over it, she was done and walked out. She didn’t direct me to the soothing gel to put on the lasered areas like the last girl did. I walked out of there feeling unsatisfied with the service and very disrespected."
