The reception said the whole week is booked out for ultrasound, however, the receptionist and other staff were still trying hard to squeeze us in for this urgent matter. "If you can’t get a timely appointment elsewhere then I suppose this place is better then nothing. The staff are all round rude (cardiology is a bit friendlier then the radiology dept) and the reception staff are unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. I’ve been going here for years (out of convenience) and numerous reports have been done sloppily and of little assistance to my specialists; that only send me away to obtain the same imaging at another clinic. I have sent feedback to them and they have never responded. Interpret that as you will from a medical service."
