"This Medical Clinic is a Caring Wonderful Medical Team that offer high attentive Medical care. Early April this year I suffered persistent pain specific to the lower left side of the abdomen & the pain was getting worse to the point I had problem walking. At 11ish am I went to see a GP at a clinic I been to for a few years in Footscary opposite to tram station. The Dr can clearly see I was barely walking properly & I described to the Dr where the pain is & how bad is the lvl of the pain, due to the symptoms & pain area point toward "Diverticulitis". As soon as the Dr heard of me using this term his respond was "If it is that bad that you have diverticulitis then I can't help you" I was So SHOCKED that's how a Dr responded to a patient that is sickly in Pain In Front of him. He did not ask any further questions or even blood pressure nor did he suggested any medical advice. I left the clinic feeling so disappointed but I really needed a guide of what's wrong, so I called St Albans Medical Services the practice manager was so attentive as soon as she heard of how much pain im in. At this clinic it was my 2nd time I saw Dr Amid Karami. It was my Lucky break & yes OMG I was so relieved this Dr actually Cares So Much, he asked all the necessary questions & he said yes it might be Diverticulitis but we need you to get a Urgent CAT scan to confirm or to give us an idea of your problems. After the CAT results show that the pain was due to a big active Cyst at my left Ovary. So I was sent for an Urgent internal Ultrasound & sent for many other necessary tests. By the time I saw the referring Specialists, Dr. Sharma she gave Dr. Amid a compliment that your GP is very caring he has sent you to do all these tests, although it seem little simple tests but a lot of GP do not refer their patients to do, so when patients come to me it takes more time for me to refer & wait for result before I could give the patient the diagnosis & treatment plan. After surgery I need to see Dr. Amid for removal of stitches, the caring he gave & advices he guide even if it took him extra time. Thank you very much for the wonderful Medical care to the Dr & Staff at St Albans Medical Services. A little goes a long way, specially when the patient is suffering in so much pain."

The place was clean and tidy with sanitiser everywhere. Enough parking on site and free parking on the side roads. Bulk billing available."
