"Very appalled by their service. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a referral for a blood test. Had to cancel another appointment as I was still in their waiting area. Will not be back. Having a cancelation fee is fine but please do not let your patients wait over an hour to be seen when they have made an appointment and done the right thing. Apologies but very infuriating aswell."

"One star is too much for this clinic. I have been attending this practice for over 18 years now and the wait time is getting longer and longer even though you have booked an appointment 1 week in advance. I had an appointment at 2030hrs tonight, I got there at 2015hrs and was told that I won't be in till 2100hrs the latest. Once again not one person bothered to call me and advise me that they are running late. I do have a life and it's 2100 at night. After waiting for 45 min I ask the receptionist how many more there is before me to which she answers one or two I think! She thinks!! How is it possible that she doesn't know?! With the 1-2 patients ahead of me, my wait time has now gone from only 30 minutes to over an hour. So as I mentioned last time, common courtesy would be to phone your patients if you are running late. Dr Hiluf is a great doctor and this is the only reason that I attend the clinic, but there are never appointments available unless you book one to two weeks in advance with our doctor. Once again this is very poor to make people wait for over an hour to see a doctor. I didn't end up seeing my doctor and lost my appointment that I had booked a week prior. I left at 2120hrs as there were still x2 patients that had appointments before me. Terrible service not that any one in the clinic actually cares. Disappointing that after 18 years this is how you get treated."

"Been going to this clinic for a very long time. Dr Hiluf is one of the best Doctor. He is friendly easy to talk to has a lot of time for his patient and very knowledgeable. Receptionist Antoinette is very good too friendly and very helpful."

"Average waiting time is 60 mins plus even with an appointment. However Dr Pech and Chavalli are knowledgeable, patient, understanding and caring doctors. They’re the best doctors around St Albans area."

"I have been going here for as long as I can remember and have had many good experiences, minus today. Today I walked in and asked the receptionist if I could see a doctor. She said it would be an hour wait and I said ok. She took down my details. After waiting for close to an hour I gave the receptionist notice that I was just running out to change my car park(my 1hour parking spot), she said "ok". I came back and after sitting for a further 50mins and seeing people who had entered well after me being called in first the receptionist called me up once more to ask me for my details. She had obviously not put me through the first time. I didnt even receive an apology off her! 5mins later I stood up and said I had to change my car spot yet again. She replied with an answer pretty much saying I have to wait because the doctor will be calling me out shortly. I then replied with "Well what am I meant to do?! Thanks anyways!" I bit my tongue and walked out extremely disappointed with the lack of organisation and manners from that one receptionist!"
