"I placed an order for a pair of ankle boots which I was told was coming in from the warehouse. I received a call 2 weeks later and when I went to pick it up the sales lady produced a pair of shoes that had been displayed as floor stock. The shoes had stains on it and the soles seemed worn. I mentioned this to the sales lady who insisted that the pair shoes has arrived from the warehouse. I then told her that I wasn’t interested in shoes that were tried on and stretched out and that is why I had ordered a new pair, she then mentioned that she will get me another pair. Well the next week she rings me to let me know that the new shoes have arrived. I go back to the store and find that there is a pair wrapped in tissue and stuffed with tissues, only to open it and find that it was another pair of boots that had been tried out many time as there were creases and stains on this pair too which she insisted just arrived from the warehouse. I was annoyed and disappointed that she was trying to deceive me into buying floor stock while lying to me. Very angry that she made me come over to the shop twice to pick up the wrong pair of shoes."
