"I was looking for the Nike Sportswear Therma-FIT reversible jacket which I saw online at JD I went there they couldn’t help at all so I figured I have to go directly to Nike, I called Nike at Northland and Rachael answered… OMG!!! Not only did she find the jacket for me but she also had it brought in from Emporium, she placed the order on Sunday and I picked it up on Tuesday. I go to Northland every second day if not everyday and I’ve never had anyone do what Rachael did for me that day, I was ringing around driving to Doncaster thinking it was a bigger Nike store and they did nothing and yet Rachael I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her, after I got off the phone with her I went straight to Northland because I wanted to meet this amazing person. Rachael thank you so very much the jacket is awesome and the compliments are unbelievable.
