"Its always hard when you have to return a product, especially something as big as a treadmill, but my worries were quickly gone going to the Preston Branch, I specifically need to call out the Manager there Dean Stewart for providing such impeccable customer service and experience. Although the product wasnt really for me and the initial sale experience wasn't the greatest, Dean recovered from any doubt i had about the store by personally reaching out and working with me to get the product returned and refunded such a seamless process, this is in addition to offering me very fair options to keep me happy as a customer I cant recommend this place enough, especially if you are lucky enough to meet Dean"
