"You just don't get service like this anymore! Last night Yvonne met me after work to take me through the backpacks in their shop and help me make a decision. She spent nearly an hour carefully assessing my needs, fitting the pack, showing me how to adjust the various straps, and even teaching me how to best put it on and take it off. It's been a long time since I have experienced such generous and careful customer service. And the best part? All of their packs are extremely affordable. I can't wait for my next multi-day hike!"
