Top cover is smashed, back cover was smashed in causing the belt to rub and pulleys to whine. The store refused to take any responsibility, handballing me off to Hisense when the purchase was made through them, they are responsible for fixing it.. I'm now stuck with a damaged washing machine, which I will have to repair myself as thier customer service is terrible.. Can see where the pulley was rubbing on attached photos... Top cover smashed also.. can't even push a button on that screen without the screen falling inside. Avoid these guys like Wuhan bat soup."
