"I want to share my review with everyone who is purchasing products from Harvey Norman Springvale, Victoria. It’s a personal experience where a delivery guy shut the door on my wife face upon some confusion of payment with store. He was not waited for 5mins to clear the confusion and there were two guys who were rude In talking one men and helper lady. They both were very rude and disrespectful to my wife upon delivery and I have to say that even from there back office not able fix the problem. And myself I took everything out from the existing fridge so that it would easy for delivery driver. Not to wait for removal of the stuff. Sorry to say this is against humanity that the driver was with a lady helper and he don’t know how to behave with a lady customers. They should not even suppose to single star In reviews."

"Been there today after couple of phone calls to the place to exchange our Panasonic rice cooker’s aluminium container as it’s out of shape after putting it in the dishwasher for cleaning. Met a guy called MIKE at this Harvey Norman. Explained the situation and his response was not satisfied at all. He was predicting many about the container’s abnormal shape. Wasn’t happy at all with customer care or sales here at this harvey norman. Bought the item from this place and their behaviour was absolutely disgusting when it comedic to returns."

"Title: Excellent Service and Support from Mike at the Small Appliance department Review: I am delighted to give a five-star rating and a glowing review to Mike, an exceptional staff member at the small appliance section of this store. He has proven to be the most responsible and helpful person I have ever encountered. Mike went above and beyond to assist me with the repairs of a vacuum cleaner I purchased here two years ago, not once but twice. When it couldn't be fixed, he promptly arranged for a replacement. Although he wasn't my initial salesperson, he displayed remarkable enthusiasm and dedication in resolving my issues. Today, when he saw me arriving alone, he thoughtfully provided a trolley to transport the equipment. I am truly grateful for his exceptional service. If I ever need to purchase any household appliances in the future, I will undoubtedly seek out Mike."

"Bad experience right from the initial visit. The salespersons on the day appeared quite courteous & friendly but convinced us to buy a clearance brand we never considered at the start. Various merits were talked up & despite our reservations we were coaxed along by good marketing. Turns out that the product had very poor ratings on the retailer's website alone, not to mention of similar reviews elsewhere. Felt really cheated! Next day, neither salesperson was available for help; but another salesperson from a different department went out of the way to help & stop our delivery & replace with the product of our choice. Not just that, he fitted in a quick delivery schedule for the following day. KUDOS Raj! You are the only reason for us upgrading this review from 1 star to 2 stars! Our problems didn't however end there...delivery day was a nightmare with initial AM delivery time changed at the last minute & PM delivery time also not punctually met. After waiting & waiting since 9:30am, we finally saw our delivery happen at 4:45pm! Complete waste of the day for us! Not just that..the delivery people were curt & quite unhelpful, keen on just dumping the appliance on site & pretty much uninterested in the install saying they only get $10 for that element. Neither did they seem to have the right tools or simple accessories like a drain clamp! Aware that the hose was slightly short getting to the undersink taps, but the solutions to DIY fit an extension hose & connectors etc appeared both risky & irresponsible, despite our concerns about potential leakages. Basically goes on to become a plumbing job for $200 to connect an expensive machine & after paying for install! Surely Harvey Norman can do better!"
