"I want to start off by saying that the Dentist I had was really nice, gentle and explained procedures thoroughly which I was very appreciative of. The positives stop there because their support staff or lack thereof are rude and unprofessional. The lady that calls for follow up appointments is unhelpful and seems to not understand what it means when someone says they are not available on a certain day. I understand the clinic is heavily booked and certain appointment times aren't always available but it is unreasonable to book someone into a slot they have already advised you that they cannot attend and still call up to confirm that appointment!?. Without offering any alternative options and having the most dismissive tone of voice. It is a shame because the dentists here seem to be doing a great job."
