"The staff in here are incredibly rude and judgemental. We had unsolicited advice from two staff members about the way our baby was in a carrier. We told them that we'd had his position cleared with a maternal child health nurse and that he was perfectly safe in the carrier and they continued to give unsolicited advice. It was incredibly upsetting and rude. Don't go here."

"Location Preston. Poor customer service, no attention or help at all. Unexpected and wasted my time on Friday. Wanted to buy hips of stuffs (car seat ,pram baby swing new born cloths.finally bought nothing, they getting paid for nothing. They need induction how to do the customer service before they start working. I send my daughter twice to ask help and me went to ask for help as well. Long story short I never have horrible service like this before. There were only 2 customers including me."
