"Bought a couch from this place and failed within the first 6 months than they said they would repair it and after a few weeks they delivered a complete different couch which was in worst condition that the one we sent back. At that time we asked for our money back which they wouldn’t wouldn’t give back even that your suppose to do- (stated by the Australian gov) instead they replaced it with another one!! After 6-7 months passed same thing again couch has failed. Contacted them with no success in replacement or money back they just said out of warranty and wouldn't return phone calls or emails and brushed there hands of the product. BUYERS BEWARE DON’T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!"
"If I could give it a zero star I would. I have purchased 3 couches from your Nunawading store in VIC. I had them delivered back in May. There are several damage marks on the fabric on the couches. have tried to call the store 10 times after delivery the next day and the line did not work. I have rung the centre management to contact the store and also no response. See phone calls in images As a result of this I had to drive 30 minutes to go to the store to resolve this issue. There was a girl by the name of Shamra (something along those lines) who was not from the store according to her. Her customer service skills were beyond appalling. I explained the situation and she told me she couldn’t do anything as she is not from the store and her manager was not in. I explained that I drove 30 minutes because the phones were not working. She said oh, I know I have been on the phone to TPG. I asked her that I need a replacement of these couches or some kind of solution as I am not happy. I told her I am not demanding for a refund, I am asking for a solution. She was UNHELPFUL and RUDE! Not willing to call anyone to find out what to do. I got frustrated and asked her to ring her manager or someone who can help as she is unable to. It took me 5 times of asking before she did. She then demanded a receipt which she could have looked up on her system but to upset me even more she got me to call 3 different people as I was not at hone to get her the receipt. ( as if she was going to resolve it) she then asked me to email the pictures of the damaged goods. Which I also did. I then asked her what happens now? I want a solution. She clearly said she won’t be giving any solution and that she can’t do anything. I again asked her please ring your manager to find out what to do. She refused. She said I already did and he will look at the email when he is in next. I again asked her MULTIPLE times to please ring someone who can assist. She then had the audacity to tell me why did you not call one or the other 12 stores If you couldn’t get through to here?!, I was in complete shock!!!!! She REFUSED to assist me and then THREATENED to ring security because I was asking her to help with an issue at her store! ALL I ASKED HER was to tell me WHEN someone would call me and resolve this. She told me the complaints department will look at it and get back to me and she again wouldn’t and couldn’t give me a time frame. She refused to ring another store or her manager despite seeing how upset I was and frustrated with her incompetence. I emailed their “head office” who just forward the email back to the store. 4 days later the manager rings me up- doesn’t apologise for her behaviour. He did although tell me that the problem could be fixed and he would book an upholstery cleaner to come and fix the issue. 1 week later he came and had a look and said he might be able to fix it. After 3 visits he fixed part of the issue and 8 weeks on I’m still waiting for someone to “fix the issue” and ring me! I do not recommend you buy from this place. The service is terrible. One of the worst parts of this is that the issue we had is a known issue! At point of sale this should have been advised to us! $5k for couches and no care factor after they took the money. I never asked for a my money back! Only for the issue to be fixed!!!!"
"I bought two bed side table, a dresser with a mirror, king single bed, king single mattress and a kind mattress from this place. We were very well looked after by Iqbal and we received a very good deal. Delivery was extremely cheap and the boys even assembled the furniture. I had a 2 seater sofa on order as well which I cancelled two days before delivery and Iqbal was very prompt in arranging refund. Quality of the product is good as well. Very happy with the purchase."
