All smiles and happy to take your money during sales but then dodge your phone calls when they fail to deliver the product when they're supposed to and when they have to refund your money. Still waiting for my refund. You get what you pay for I guess.... Update: Went in store to get my refund, was told to wait 3-5 business days. 3 business days later, Amart retracted the refund. Now, I have to go through my bank to get my refund. What kind of shonky business is this????"
"Bought a chair and upon opening it found that the product was poorly constructed with wonky stitching. Called the Nunawading store and was told I had to call their service department to deal with it. It could have been easily resolved by just swapping it in store but they weren't interested in helping."
"Let me start by letting you know how disappointed I am with your Nunawading store. After making the efforts of bringing in the goods for return at 330pm 11/2/23, rather than explaining to me the actual return process, the customer service person at the counter tried her best to make it sounds like it is my fault for not contacting customer service directly. I understand you have a process to go through but she should not make customer feel guilty for not knowing the return process. The items was broken before I even get a chance to assemble it. Can you please not sell default product like this to waste everyone's time?"
