"My dentist wanted me to see an Endodontist and he suggested that I see Dr Harry Mohan. My symptoms were fairly acute, hence I needed to see someone urgently. When my symptoms were known, Dr Mohan understood the level of discomfort I was going through and gave me an appointment at short notice. At the surgery he first explained to me what the problem was and why I was experiencing such high level of pain. His questions to me to further understand the problem were simple, exact and easily understood, hence it was easy to respond. Thereafter he explained to me the procedure he would suggest to address my issue and asked whether I felt comfortable to go through with this. He also introduced to me the person who would be assisting him. All the way through the surgical procedure he kept talking to me at intervals asking me whether I was feeling okay, this communication with the Doctor gave me the patient a high level of assurance that I was in correct and safe hands. I found Dr Mohan to be a kind and caring person with high skill levels and professionality. The surgery premises was clean, organised and well equipped, to me as a patient this gives great comfort that I was at the right place to seek treatment. The day after the surgery his office rang to find out how I was faring re pain levels and other discomfort, hence the post operative follow-up was good. In my opinion healing is a process which requires medical skill together with kindness and empathy. With Dr Mohan I found both.
