"I presented without an appointment after I could not secure an appt at my health fund provider HCF Dental. I was quickly accommodated after I explained the pain I was suffering from a very sensitive tooth. Dr. Michael Cahill commenced root canal treatment that morning shortly after my arrival which relieved the intense pain I had been suffering for some days. Having a professional service and kindness is important and all the staff at Freshwater Dental were fantastic. My pain is now relieved and I have a further pathway to follow for my final treatment. "The experience was ok. Very disappointing that I had to pay so much ($244) for a 10minute job of re-glueing my fixed metal retainer. Was shocked to be charged $80 for an examination and $164 for a filling when all I had done was to re-glue my fixed retainer and that took 10mins in total. First time there but will not be returning as I feel ripped off."
"We see Dr Sophia. She's friendly and calming whilst being thorough and efficient. She filled a hole in my 3 year old's tooth on Friday and he thought it was all a great adventure - he wore sunglasses to stop the light blinding him, Dr Sophia showed him the blower tool on his hand before using it, he pushed the button on the spit basin and was rewarded with stickers and minions toothpaste. Plus I mentioned we didn't need a plastic toothbrush in his goody bag and the receptionist found a bamboo one for him! My husband has also been. He's not been in the 16 years we've been together as he's not a fan of dentists. Even he thought FD were great - and was relieved he didn't need any filligs :) cannot recommend the team highly enough."
