"Went in to get a tooth removed whilst the experience in the dental chair was good, the office lady (overweight, dark skin, dark hair) who was working today at the front desk was extremely rude and has completely put me off returning. Zero personality with not a care in the world about the customers walking into the place. She tried to rip me off by charging me a card surcharge after already charging me $500 for the service and refused to answer me when I asked why that was necessary. Not returning."
