I had confirmation from two other senior dentists that my root canal treatment wasn't carried out properly and based on their individual dental x-rays, it revealed the fact that the nerve endings were never completely removed from the molar tooth's root canals and a cracked tooth filling (on the side adjacent to the last lower molar tooth) over a period of time meant, the left around nerves in the root canals were exposed to bacterial infection on a regular basis thereby causing gum swelling on the based on the treated tooth. On this regard, it was a disappointment as I had been to the Practice twice in short succession to address the root canal issue at the beginning stage. Leaving behind 3-stars for the positive interaction experience with Dr.Sangeetha and reception staff. I am hoping with experience, Dr. Sangeetha will be more confident with her root canal treatments. --- Original review: I visited Pain Free Dentists (or trading as The Hive Specialist & Dental Care) based on my wife's recommendation to try them. My private insurer didn't list them as a preferred provider as these Insurance companies have their own working relationship and I was in a dilemma. But after visiting their Practice, I was impressed by the honesty of Dr. Sangeetha. Not only she provided me with options on what can be done to address an issue I had after reviewing my OPG (basically a jargon for dental x-ray) but also was open enough to listen to my view point. During the course of treatment, she clearly instructed me about the nature of the procedure and had a genuine concern by stopping her procedure whenever I had a shooting pain during the anaesthetised treatment. She was candid enough to admit for certain complex procedure she was willing to recommend me to a more experienced specialist. Not many in the business will have that kind of candidacy. Ann on the reception was also easy to deal with. I wish them the best and glad that we have a good dental practice at Pendle Hill."

"Excellent Dental practice equipped with modern and extreamly clean dental equipment. As the name says I have never felt any pain during the treatments. The staff are very friendly and take time to listen to patients and provide excellent care and treatment. Even though there are so many dentists around my area, I drive for an hour to get treatments because it’s totally worth it. Would highly recommend Be Pain Free Dentistry."
