"Customer service oriented mechanical workshop that’s been around for a while in Marrickville. Have had two services with Franks and point of difference for me is the follow up call after bringing the car in for a service. It is transparent and honest in advice before work is carried out. They call to advise when it’s ready (which has been drop it off in the morning and collect by close of the day) for a safety, pink slip and regular logbook service. Also includes a detail of inside and outside the car which is a nice touch. Continue this! A suggestion would be creating branded merchandise such as freshener, caps or shirts would have it cemented as a local institution.
