Every workers were great at the services with me and I loved how my accidents gets heard, everyone were very willing to help me without being asked, like seeing me shifting around several trips at my things from my damaged car to the courtesy car which was so lovely! I felt so relaxed just by seated at the couch with the hot chocolates from the coffee machine. Over all each time my matter gets solved professionally, very quick and efficient at all my paperworks so that no times get wasted while getting my car assessed and when at my collection after the repaired! "I had a NRMA membership, was new to the area and as a student looking to get a blue slip done after moving interstate with some discount . I appreciate their honesty in telling me that they could no longer do it but unfortunately the prices they quoted me for the repairs were significantly higher. For example, I needed a windscreen replacement they quoted me for 550. I got a separate quote for 399. When I brought my car to a separate mechanic to get my blueslip after my maintenance with them, I was told that the control arms they replaced for me (which cost me $940 - total service $1,200 after 10% NRMA membership discount) did not actually need replacing. Not only that, it did not actually fix the actual problem. So currently, I need to fork out more money to fix the actual problem after spending 1,200 already with them. My blueslip mechanic on the other hand came through great! Summary: I do not recommend. If you're looking for a budget option and reasonable service that will get you by - this is not the place. Not because the person giving me the quote wasn't kind or that their customer service was poor. My impression is that they do not have experienced mechanics and however they source their parts for repairs - it is expensive and the customer will bear the cost."

"Easy to book and out-of-hours pick up. but that's it. I feel like I've been overcharged for the service provided. We were in a rush. I found out afterwards that VW is $300 cheaper. And I've been over-quoted for repairs outside of maintenance - VW, who is usually very expensive, ends up being 25% cheaper. I'm glad I didn't accept this quote. And the technician "made a mistake" on the next maintenance sticker... he put the next maintenance in 12,000km (124,000km total) - which is a totally random number - or 5 months (when the logbook says 12 months). We've been treated as a cash cow. I don't recommend. Edit: With regards to the response, I already contacted you regarding a question on the invoice/pricing. You've clarified it. I also asked about the maintenance sticker. This is when I've been told, "The tech must have made a mistake". I will not contact you regarding pricing. I'm not here to negotiate. If you want to be overpriced, this is your choice. You could have offered a fair price the first time (or a price aligned with the competition). You did not do it, this is your call. This way of managing a business does not align with my values. I've learnt my lesson. I hope others will learn from it too."
