"I cannot speak highly enough of Richard, Simon and the people at Simon's auto. I've been coming hear for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently took my 2011 Audi A4 to Simons for a regular service and to have the front end looked at as it was making some clunking noises. The noises where the result of worn drive arms which Richard had replaced nearly three years ago. Although the parts where outside of warranty, Richard contacted the supplier and insisted they provide replacement parts for free. The parts where also fitted free of charge. It took nearly a week for the parts to arrive and be fitted. This was no problem as Richard gave me a courtesy car for the whole time. In addition to the service, all four wheels where realigned and a number of other minor issues addressed. The car drives like a dream! The car was also wash washed and detailed. "These boys are awesome. I purchased Groupon and just wanna get a regular service but was surprised by how friendly staff are + their services and the "faults" that don't rip you off. Very fair in fact!! Eg 3 window wiper blades for $45 inc labour. I used to use Midas for car service and I vaguely remembered it cost upward of $80 for the wipers (or $40 for a pair from Supercheap as such). I would certainly come back + highly recommend these guys."
