"These guys discriminate and bully people with disabilities, and this is not the first complaint like this as there's another below about discrimination. I now doubt my trust in looking after my children. Their staff prefer to come in hard and you can see the arrogance below. They are before the human rights commission for failing to make reasonable adjustments, then gaslighting me for not making the adjustments. This is typical of organisations turning their behaviour back on neurodivergent people who just need to basic human decency to not be triggered. They should be ashamed of thier behaviour but they are proud of it, amazing. You'll see my reviews are always factual and positive reviews are given where deserved. At no point were any polices provided, or explained. The approach was one that's started with a threat then only after everything blew up did they email a bunch of pdf files as if that was helpful. Typical projection. They have now permanently banned me for their staff assaulting me. The owner claims to be neurodivergent but remains extremely arrogant and ignorant towards other real neurodivergent individuals. The Human rights commission is now handling the complaint."

"The most amazing and caring community of educators. My children love the centre - their teachers, their friends, the environment and the programs especially bush school & the excursions. The teachers & management build relationships with each child and their family and the level of care and support goes above and beyond. The programs that are run for the parents are also great and demonstrate the holistic approach of the centre. Highly recommend 360 Early Education and we are so glad we found this centre and are a part of the 360 family!"
