"5 years' experience here & 6 more to go & I can't be happier that we found an amazing school with an amazing before & after school care in it. The centre managers have been in the centre for a long time (more than a decade I believe) which is starkly different to my experience in childcare centres where staff turnover was so high. My son has severe allergies and his dietary restrictions have been so well accommodated & whilst we have had a few scares they were all quite insignificant. When I pickup, kids are always happy & sometimes even reluctant to go home which is always a sign of a good day at the centre. Because the centre is within the school, they have access to the huge outdoor space for all kinds of active play but also lots of indoor play options. Breakfast & afternoon tea are substantial & varied that my kids are never hungry or left wanting. As a family, we feel so lucky."
"Our experience has been that all the staff are very good with the children. It is a well structured environment for the children to be cared for before and after school. I would have my child no place else and continue to admire the centres efforts."
"Very well-managed centre that is my girls' first choice even though it's no longer their school. To the woman below complaining about lack of special diet provisions - 1. you need to take some responsibility for that, did you not think to pack some religiously pure water and bean sprouts just in case? 2. you need to either look up the meaning of the word 'hypocrite', or explain yourself better. 3. Banana Club recognises the relative seniority of years 5 & 6 and gives them a few valued privileges. When YOU setup a vacation care centre you can make it Sky Fairy food friendly, with equal standing for all children who can misuse words as much as they like. Knock yourself out."
"I have 3 kids attending and absolutely love it. They have gone out of there way to accommodate for our kids. Our Kids have allergies and again it has never been an issue. They are very thorough and organised. Highly recommend this place."
"My son and daughter went this place and hated it as soon as they had their first day there. First of all, the 2nd-In-Charge is such a hypocrite. My family is halal and won't give anything at least vegetarian to them for afternoon tea, so they'll be hungry the whole evening. They also established something called a 'Banana Club', a club only for year 5 and 6, who get to do their own things while year 4 and under have to do stupid activities such as painting and rugby, when my children want to do board games. And finally, all the staff bully students. Please don't go there for day care!!!!!!"
