Little Saints Early Learning Centre - Pakenham

"Edit: We have been informed our daughter is not ready for school at all. We have wasted all this time with them, for nothing. Do not bother, your kids will use up all their sick days and come home with nits pretty much on a weekly basis. It got to the point where I lost my job because I had to keep being at home with my daughter. The place is clearly dirty. There is only one educator there that we stayed for because we didn’t want to interrupt our daughters kindy year. Zero school preparation. Then I got told my account would not be renewed because of an outstanding bill a bill that we struggled to pay because of a loss of income and according to them making a magical way to pay this bill with one income for a family of 5. A bill we had organised to pay as we renewed our daughters term, as I started working 7days a week 8-10hours a day to get on top of the bill and all of the other bill they accumulated for us. The day my husband came into pay he was told there was nothing they could do, they won’t be renewing our daughters care, then the conversations that were had were a “misunderstanding” and then we were blatantly lied too. I then rang them to tell them everything must be put in email to keep Kiralee honest. Kiralee in general is horrible to deal with. We then received a letter accusing my husband of doing a burnout and leaving tire marks and when I spoke to Olivia I was “very heated and swore at her”. Olivia is usually just as arrogant and unprofessional as Kiralee. Which proved as to why everything has to be on email. What I find sad is they are loosing families and staff and a very fast rate and they’re doing nothing about it. The reputation within Pakenham is very poor, listen to the warning signs. I should’ve. The area manager is zero help which surprised me I thought she’d be better than that but it seems she behaves and speaks just untruthful. Go higher. This is said “tire marks” on the video she lied about what she wrote in the email to us. I do not like liars, I have no respect for them in anyway. Do not go here. When Emma was in charge this place was awesome.. Now it’s awful. We asked for our daughters work and we received 11 pictures! 11!! With zero school preparation work. Disgusting"

"Complete joke was a fantastic centre before current management took over, after nothing but issues we have finally removed our daughter. Full of lies won't get any form of positivity from any one after they leave. They have burned through 15 plus staff in last 6 months and even more families"

"We loved this place then my daughter broke her wrist at kinder and when I wanted more detailed information about what happened to my child Kirra wasn’t so nice and very unprofessional. Emma was nice We also love Bridget but she’s not there anymore"
