"I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the review system at this center, as it has raised some serious concerns. It appears that the majority of the five-star reviews are posted by educators themselves, under pressure from the management. This orchestrated effort to protect the center's image is something I have never witnessed before, and it truly amazes me. Unfortunately, it seems that all the genuine negative reviews by parents have been systematically removed. Whenever a legitimate negative review surfaces, a team of individuals, metaphorically referred to as the "fly and mosquito team," relentlessly flags it until it is taken down. This practice raises serious questions about the transparency and authenticity of the center's online reputation. Furthermore, I have been informed that the center resorts to creating fake accounts to respond to negative reviews on social media platforms like Facebook. This deceptive tactic is used to manipulate public perception and discredit genuine concerns. It is worth noting that the center has now removed the review section on Facebook altogether, presumably to avoid further scrutiny. It is disheartening to witness such behavior, as honest and unbiased feedback from parents plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of any childcare center. The deliberate removal of negative reviews and the creation of fake accounts undermine the trust and credibility that should be the foundation of any reputable institution. I strongly believe that all reviews, both positive and negative, should be given equal consideration and that genuine concerns from parents should not be silenced or disregarded. It is my hope that the management of this center reflects upon these concerns and takes the necessary steps to foster a transparent and accountable approach to reviews, prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of the families they serve."

"I have been working in childcare for 6 years and have worked for 2 big companies before coming over to little stars and my only regret is not coming over sooner.
