I’ve ordered two Sony ax8100’s from the team on separate occasions and they didn’t hesitate to organise the harnesses and parts I needed and ship it out in what seemed like record tinning! "We bought my son a reverse camera for his birthday decided we would also pay to have it fitted. Had the car booked in for 1.30pm got there they said it was there lunch time so won’t get started until after that. Why book it in at that time if is there lunchtime! So my son picks up car on the way home finds that something is wrong with his Bluetooth no audio!!! And then I asked him to show me the reverse camera in action at first I thought I was confused as when you looked at the screen in car the image was flipped as in showing the rear view hedge on the left when it was actually on the right!!! My son rang straight away the sales man said bring it back tomorrow got off the phone I said to him tomorrow is Sunday they are closed. He rang back they said bring back Monday no apology nothing! He took back on the Monday afternoon asked for an explanation they just casually said it should of been checked still no apology! I am also now concerned about the quality of the installation after reading some of these reviews. One thing is for sure there was no excellence involved just very blaza and matter of fact never again lost my future business!!!"

"Booked it in to get a head unit and speakers installed and was all done by lunchtime .Was satisfied with the level of service a bit tricky to get out of the tight parking areas there and back onto the street. Loved the price as it was $100-$200 cheaper then the other 5 car stereo installers I contacted and the AfterPay option made paying for it very easy."

It was also listed at a competitive price which was cheaper than other large car audio retailers, plus free shipping. I had an issue with setting up the steering wheel controls once installed to which Johann responded promptly with clear instructions to fix it. "First impression the staff member that served me was very nice. Then from there on I was highly disappointed!! Informed the staff member that I had received as a birthday gift a Kenwood head unit and a pair of Kenwood 6" speakers to in install in my 1998 model corolla. The staff member then informed me that we will need the car for 2-3 hours, no problem I said what will this cost me? I was then informed $300. So I refuse to back there and I took my car to my local auto electrician and he installed all for $150. And I'm extremely happy with the job.... Please explain how you justify the extra $150??? its just a plain simply car no rocket science behind it."
