"Really disappointed. Firstly, the car battery I requested (a Century Ultra High Performance) wasn’t in stock apparently so they put in a cheaper standard battery without even telling me. Less than a fortnight after it was put in my car wouldn’t start and I had to call NRMA to get my car going. The battery clasps had not been tightened and the battery didn’t have enough contact to work properly. NRMA stated that it hadn’t been installed properly. I did ring Battery World to tell them what had happened and they seemed very uninterested. Will not be visiting this store again any time soon."
