One of our highlights is the unpasteurized Carlton Draught, piped straight from the huge copper tanks in our Sports Bar front windows. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the clean and creamy quality of this unpasteurized beer, which must be consumed within 14 days of leaving the brewery. Batch dates are conveniently chalked onto the tanks, allowing you to enjoy a brewery-fresh pint after work. Additionally, we offer a wide range of local and imported beers, wines, and spirits to satisfy any palate.

Upstairs, our Garden Bar awaits you, featuring soaring green walls that open up to the city skyline. With a covered dining area overlooking Jessie Street Gardens and a retractable roof over the main garden bar, the Paragon is the perfect spot for any event, regardless of the weather.
