"Great venue for kids!! The arcade area is huge!!! Everything is brand new! The only negative thing as someone who bowls a bit here and there for fun is that The bowling pins felt weird! It had strings attached to them so the sound/sensation of hitting the pins is different compared to any other bowling areas!!!"
"Bit disappointed with the bowling experience. Whenever there was a malfunction (pins weren't resetting and points not updating), the staff took forever to rectify the issue. The amount of follow ups we did, just to fix a simple issue was unacceptable. We were actually waiting for 15 minutes to start another round because the staff member was off doing something else (serving drinks or something), and she actually got it wrong twice (first she reset the pins, but did not update the score. Second she actually gave the wrong score). The ability to listen is clearly lacking from the staff. Additionally, we ordered drinks for the group and did not receive it after 8 rounds of bowling (To anyone bowling, try and time how long it takes to complete 8 rounds of a bowling session, amongst 5 people (it's a long time)). We had to go back and actually get a refund, since we finished our session and had somewhere else to go. I enjoy going to Zone bowling, but give this location a miss."
"The manager Dylan was supwr helpful after we booked 16:30 instead of 6:30pm. He made sure we still had a lane and even let me add another game when it was super busy. I’ve been to all the timezone around here and the food here was so much better then the other places. Considering the amount if people who are here the staff are doing an amazing job and looking after everyone. Great selection of games. A few where not working (only 1 of 2 machines) so you couldnt play double players apart from that cant fault them."
