"Went to Evita today to purchase a gift, I have driven all the way to the mall just to go to Evita, but end up walking out as I refuse to spend a dime here!! They have beautiful and wide range of Jewellery, however the attitude of the young brunette girl (the only one working today) is beyond disgusting. I won’t even use the word service as it is non existent. I have asked to see 2 trays of Jewellery however was only presented with one. When I asked if I could see the other tray, the response I got was “that tray are diamonds”. I was made to feel as if I am wasting her time, and she was very impatient whilst I was looking at the items. I end up walking out and purchasing the gift from another store in the mall. If you have an issue showing diamond Jewellery in a Jewellery store, or are judgemental towards customers that walk in, then don’t bother trading!!!!! Disgusting."

"If i could give no stars at all i would ve done that. Terrible customer service with a biggest attitude. Made me feel very uncomfortable for wanting to look at a jewellery as if she had something better to do. Her answer were short and her tone in her voice was angry. Terrible person for a nice jewellery store. Left the store without getting what i wanted. Will never go there again."

"I was so excited to shop at Evita today as I love there wide range of Jewellery. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service I received by Melissa. I was not greeted by Melissa, I was ignored. I asked to look at/try products on and I felt like I was bothering her. Her attitude was very cold and she was not welcoming, she made me feel like I was annoying her. Melissa made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave the store. I do love Evita’s wide range of jewellery but I do not like her behaviour or attitude towards not only me but other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before entering the store today. Melissa, I hope you can self reflect on your behaviour towards your customers and take into consideration the way you are making your customers feel. Melissa, I have worked in customer service for many years and am very shocked at your behaviour. I thought I would leave you with a few tips on making your customers feel warm and welcome: 1. When someone walks through your doors you make eye contact and greet them. (Smile, be warm and welcoming.) 2. Ask if they need any assistance. It’s as simple as 2 steps. "I don't usually post reviews but this woman needs to know that her tone and overall attitude isn't necessary for her line of work. Nearly lost her sale just off her tone and manners; thankfully the product (a brand I support online) outweighed her awful service. Literally gave my family attitude off a simple "Is this in stock?" question."
