"As someone who just came back from Asia its pretty obvious to me that retail in AU is not dying because of online but because of poor customer service, I go to this shop Nobody in the clothing section knows about sizes or even where the fitting rooms are, I find what I need but then the checkout for a nearly empty store has 20 people in line because the auto-checkout is slow and unintuitive, the one poor girl on the register seemed super stressed out and nobody seemed to be excited about shopping here, I decide to go buy the same items from your website to not have to repeat your store experience but your catalogue on the site is out of date..... Get your act together online competitors aren't the reason that you are having to penny pinch."
