I have had items come from overseas quicker than this. They take ages to dispatch and they charge shipping with basically no return policy."

"After 6 months of waiting for a trundle mattress and false promises, it never arrived and I received a refund. The shop depends on suppliers who apparently do not deliver on their promises. The shop owners were actually very nice and polite about the whole situation but towards the end, the wait became too much and they did not even offer any compensation or an apology discount for future purchases, etc.(I’ve already bought an entire Oeuf kid’s bedroom from them, which cost more than 3,000 dollars). I was very disappointed towards the end."
