I had gone into DJs to buy a new Iron, this is not something I think I have done for sometime so Pam’s advice and suggestions were welcomed and much appreciated. I left with an iron that seems to have more functionality than my car and I spent way more than I planned but I am very pleased with my purchase. I have no doubt that my crisp shirts will take away any financial pain that I feel after Pam’s enviable upsellling skills.
