"A normal jbhifi store but feels very crowded, I was waiting at the phone section trying to get 3 employees attention, the first one was dealing with a customer and said he'll be back in 2, the second said they were about to help people looking at the powerbanks who were there after me, the third looked at me and again daid they'll be right back. "Very frustrating service. I called up to find if they had a product in stock, they said yes, so I made my way over. I was then informed in store, by the same person I spoke to on the phone, that they keep the stock in the warehouse (not on site) and it would need to be delivered the next day. If I wanted it the next day I could have ordered in online and saved a trip, completely wasted half my day (which is why I called in advance before going). They get the extra 2 *s due to good price and product."
