"These guys might be the best repair techs on earth, but I'll never know. First time I called the phone rang out. Then I tried to use their online servie request form and it doesn't work. I phoned again and was told 'my local technician' would call or SMS within ten minutes. Never heard from them. Should probably save yourself some money and spend less on Google SEO campaigns if you aren't actually interested in getting any business via search. Weird."

Call out was $125 and I was quoted $60 per half hour tried to bill me $75 per half hour,, end up charging me $65 - I definitely could have done a lot better, also then wanted to add GST which I would have expected included in the price. All up $255 for a 1 hour job - I think that is overs!!!"
