"I would give this local Harvey Norman a zero if I could. The sales people are very agressive. Jasmeet Deegur at computer sector pushed you to purchase something but he didn’t even know the product well himself. When you returned to the store and told him the problem, he shirked his responsibility, refused to refund and blamed customer “ change of mind”. Their “change of mind “ policy seems to become a good excuse for the tricky salesman to avoid any costs. The poor customer service and lack of integrity in this store are really staggering."
"Bought a Samsung tv brand new with blemishes all over it. Harvey Norman said it “ operates within specs” even though it’s the worst tv we’ve ever had. Would not have bought had we had known. Will be launching NCAT case to try and get a refund."
