"Service was shocking. I went to get a simple headset for my wife. They don’t have the actual headsets in the store but you need to take the box to the cashiers at the front. At the front someone was tasked to go collect the actual headset for me. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting, many people helped and served before me and the person tasked to collect my headset obviously distracted by sales to other people had already forgotten he was supposed to collect my headset. Only after prompting was my headset finally collected. Incredibly disappointing service."
"I'm looking to buy a product and enquiry over the phone if they can match other store. I gave the price to match and got a verbal confirmation that jb can match the price. Guess what? When I arrived at jb, they declined to give me the price confirmed over the phone, I even got the name of the person. They said that the price is not the advertised price. What erked me is that they confirmed the price over the phone, but then they reneged when you are in the store."
