"I had an awful experience when i made an order last Sunday afternoon and i went to the store to cancel it after couple of hours and they first wanted to charge me $45 for cancellation and after i asked them where this is written in your t&cs they couldn’t find it and decided to give me a full refund. My expectation was the refund will happen on mg card instantly similar to hundreds of other merchants across Australia but no, the management decided to remove the option of refund from EFTPOS machine (or that is what i have been told) and instead they will do a refund in 5 business days. Yea; 5 business days for card refund. Today is Saturday and and i am still chasing up my money."

"Would never ever recommend anyone to buy their products, I spent 3.5 grand on a battery operated lounge and didn’t last 2 years, one side of the lounge has completely stopped working. Their customer support never closed my ticket from last year MH31346S, after their second tech visit when the person mentioned to me he is waiting on some spares which never arrived for more then a year. Now the customer care says I am out of warranty. It’s Nick Scali’s responsibility to follow up and ensure all tickets are closed with customer satisfaction. Never received a follow up call or email. The worst customer experience company."

"Second Nick Scali delivery of this year just happened. This one from Castle Hill store. Good service at the store. Delivery was trouble-free, on time within a few days of when it was expected. Good contact from the store leading up to delivery. Chair beautifully made. No complaints at all."

"Very very disappointed experience with this company. I just wanted to give zero mark. I bought a bed frame, mattress, bedside table, dresser and tv stand in September. All these were costing me $7,000+ and the delivery was committed on early October. Unfortunately I got all but the mattress. Had been chasing the delivery department for over and over but they could not locate my order and just asked me to wait. Finally got the mattress delivered in the last week of November but then the nightmare came. As the bed frame had not been used for 2 months, we didn’t check it carefully until putting on the mattress. We noticed a broken piece on the front panel with a burnt mark. There was also high pitch noise when we slept during the first night. Immediately logged a case to claim for replacement of the panel. For the noise I fixed it by myself as realized all the screws were not right although paying $300 for the delivery and installation. One week later got the reply from the customer support team but saying I cannot make the claim and asked me to get other local shop to repair with my own cost. This is a joke! They even have not replied any to my further questions on the reply."
