"Went in to get my Medicare card , I was in absolute pain and try to get to a doctor asap I was serviced very fast and efficient. Got out of there in 20 minutes with my card number. They also did the application for me because of my pain at that time. I’m impressed with the care and the service I have received. I really appreciate it. "As a customer of 20 years, Tong Zhu really shocked us with her rudeness and total lack of professionalism. What is more shocking is that there was no cool headed person leading the team. Her alleged "manager" Rita kept saying she didn't see Tong forceibly snatch her business card out of my hands, despite standing next to us, and Rita repeatedly said that she needed to leave and pick up her kids when her Tong was obviously rogue. Some bystander colleague started screaming at us after we tried taking a photo of the business card that was left on the table. Saying that she will call security because she thought we were recording their conduct. What a joke. I had agreed to return the business card to her after Tong said she herself suggested that she would give me her employee number. But she forceabily snatched it out of my hands and then didn't give me her employee number. She said she changed her mind. She didn't have an answer to why we couldn't have a business card. The service we went in to complete - cancelling an existing cover - was a difficult process. Tong initially stated that there was no way to complete as their "manager" was not in the office. I had to suggest that we call back office since it was the second time we visited a branch to sort out this issue. Although a rough ride, we did get the service completed as intended. I didn't like her attitude but wasn't going to complain when I took a business card from the bunch that was left facing the customer. We had asked her why a previous representative quoted a different monthly price after the removal of our extras cover, she responded "do you not trust me because I look young?" We asked because it could've been anything from inflation to something else. She didn't solve our problems and found every question as a personal attack. There were many other issues with her service and I'm happy to go into detail if necessary. The team's ignorance and complete lack of care towards the complaints system suggests to me that this is acceptable conduct in their branch."
