"did an MRI in June 22 , i am shocked to learn this week when another scan was done at the Mater that i had in my head a , AV Festula , my new specialist decided to look at the images which were done in June 22, and he clearly could see the same AV Festula there. this is terrible especially when it's life thretenning. its not about how many people you service each day, its about doing your job properly. i hope much more care will be taken with all imaging reporting."

"If I can give negative score - I will give -10 to the front desk staff. Bad customer service on front desk. The lady at the front desk are very impatience to explain to us the procedure. I went to the front desk twice to try yo find out the procedure. The link for checking imagine and report are great but lack of support. The link was not working for me and I tried to call the clinic; again the front desk lady was impatient and did not really helpful. The website did not provide any IT support could help their customer to reset the account and get access to the report. I will recommended anyone togo to this clinic."

"I have recently had get some x-ray and ultrasound done and I was very pleasantly surprised by both the reception and the specialists at this centre. One of the senior staff members (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was particularly helpful. You know how it is when you have some serious health concern and an imaging specialist is all cryptic and won't talk to you after the scan, she had none of that and was very warm and reassuring."

"The place is clean and well laid out seemed great at first. I had booked and appointment prior to visiting. Made it clear I needed an ultrasound AND an X-ray. I wrote in the comments section i also need a X-ray. The system only lets you book for one service at a time. When I got to the front desk she questioned me and said “are you sure you need an ultrasound” I explained yes I need both an ultrasound and an X-ray. She didn’t say anything about not being referred for both. The ultra sound was done quickly and efficiently, however afterwards I explained that I need an X-ray also, the technician she asked me to wait in a cubicle and I sat there for 40 mins no one came and talked to me or told me there was a wait nothing. Staff continued to walk past me watching me sit there. I had to ask what is going on, I returned to the front desk I was told I only booked for an ultrasound, even though I had written in the comments section that I need an X-ray too. They allowed me to sit there for 40 mins with no one checking to see what is going on. Would not recommend this place they clearly don’t care about their patients. No communication between staff, if they had just told me in the first place I would have known and wouldn’t have wasting my time."
