"I had a terrible experience when I walked into the chatswood store and asked for assistance on my corporate cover. This Chinese short hair lady who was so rude and unprofessional clearly not interested doing any business with us. Without ask us and understand our situation, she just said Bupa is the most expensive , not worth to transfer. When i asked for a quote and clarification on different packages, she just says checked it online yourself. What's the point of having a sales person in store who just tell you do it yourself online. In addition, she has also given incorrect pricincing and I couldn't bother to argue with her as she shows no respect to us. I do not get any value from today's interaction and I would strongly avoid this in the future. I suggest the store manager should do some customer service training with the team."

"I did teeth wash a few month ago at Bupa Chatswood. The doctor did not care about my feeling at all. When I said please don‘t wash it too hard，it was too painful. However doctor just ignored my feeling for several times and kept washing my teeth very hardly. Also when I requested the x-ray record from them, them never get back to me. Another reason I won’t come back to Bupa Chatswood is I bought Bupa private insurance but Bupa dental still gonna charge me the expansive rate for the tooth gap filling replacement."
