Welcome to Emerald Street Community Hall, a vibrant and inclusive establishment located in the heart of Essendon West, Australia. As a point of interest in the community, our hall offers a range of facilities and services for various events and gatherings.

At Emerald Street Community Hall, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Therefore, we regret to inform you that our facilities cannot be booked for teenage birthdays, 18th or 21st celebrations. Additionally, for safety reasons, we do not allow jumping castles or animal farms within our premises.

Our community hall is available for hire every day, except during our shutdown period over Christmas. Please note that from 21 December 2023 to 8 January 2024, the hall will be closed for bookings. To view the prices for 2023, kindly refer to our Community Facilities page.

To secure a booking, interested parties can complete an application online or via email. By doing so, the hirer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use, which can be found in our provided PDF document (370KB).
